Capabilities and Experience

Readability and clarity are the targets we aim for when we create layouts for print and electronic materials. Years of experience in the Marketing Department of a blue-collar, industrial organization show in our designs. We specialize in producing work with a simple, straight-forward style. Layout work ranges from magazines and web pages to logos, PowerPoint slides, brochures and flyers. Our goal is to produce materials that match your organization's brand identity.

Our Toolkit

Terry and Nancy both work extensively with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign(CS3). We also use Quark XPress on occasion for page layout. We can create graphic projects that include multi-page catalogs and brochures, tri-fold handouts, flyers and large digital posters.

Catalogs

If you receive printed catalogs from a rewards program at Marriott Hotels, Capital One or Merrill Lynch, you've probably seen some of our work. Those jobs were done for one of the nation's largest publishing companies in a production environment that involved locating, placing and tracking assets from databases containing thousands of images.

Magazines

Whatever you're seeking in a magazine design, we can build a layout to hit your target. You want something that's attractive, readable and in step with your brand identity. That's what we provide. Whether it's an employee newsletter, a full-color customer feature magazine or a catalog, we will work with you to deliver a product that meets your budget.

Logos

Your company probably already has a logo used as its primary identifier, but it's not unusual for organizations to create logos or identifiers for groups or projects. We have the tools and talent to build art that looks great, and we will work with your vendors to make sure the files we deliver play nicely with their processes. Artwork that's perfect for a 4-color magazine ad may be all wrong for a PowerPoint slide or embroidery on a baseball cap.

Web Design

Cascading Style Sheets (css) control how web pages look, and mastering CSS is much harder than mastering the tools used for print layout. We build complex web pages using CSS — not tables. That allows us a level of control that's not possible with tables. Sites are always tested for proper appearance in modern versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari.
